Tasks

  • Manage existing clients and support to intensify the customer relationships
  • Analysis of existing processes to optimize customer satisfaction and increase our success rate
  • Analysis of relevant customer KPIs (e.g. SLAs, conversion rate, latencies)
  • Implement cross – and upselling measures
  • Calculation, creation and negotiation of contract additionals
  • Participation at fairs and events
  • Work closely with the Client Success Team to improve our customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • University degree in economics or comparable commercial education
  • First experiences in Account Management or Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral and written)
  • Strong customer and solution orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with people
  • Confident and capable appearance
  • Technical and analytical understanding
  • Willingness to travel
