Your Tasks

  • Responsible for processing and tracking incoming customer enquiries
  • Creation of lead lists to identify potential new customer in the B2B sector
  • Independent preparation and execution of sales pitches
  • Keeping customer master data up to date in our CRM system
  • Coordination and preparation of customer appointments
  • Support with all sales-relevant and administrative issues (e.g. drafting of contracts)
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder to improve the customer experience

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in business administration or a similar field of study
  • First practical experience in sales desirable
  • Strong passion for sales and pleasure in dealing with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
  • Knowledge in handling CRM tools is a plus
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Willingness to travel
