  • Acquisition of new customers through initial contact and processing of requests
  • Responsible for delivering presentations and pitches to potential customers on the highest level
  • Achievement of set sales targets
  • Continuously improving our go-to-market sales strategy
  • Calculation, creation and negotiation of quotations
  • Monitoring of our sales productivity with the help of the CRM system
  • Representing IDnow`s interest on conferences, fairs, networking events
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder to improve the customer experience


  • Longstanding professional experience in a similar position with proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
  • Strong customer and solution orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with people
  • Good knowledge in handling CRM tools
  • Passion for sales, data, analytics, numbers and measurement
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Fluent language skills in English; German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
