Your tasks

  • Ensure that the lead to cash (customer journey from lead generation towards sales, x-sell upsell, delivery and billing) process is in line with our company strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure that the process enables operational excellence and quality of our customer experience on all customer touchpoints
  • Initiate and ensure continuous process improvement
    • Monitor process performance
    • Identify critical process success factors
    • Setup and lead regular process improvement meetings
    • Engage proactively with functional leaders to determine what resources are needed to enable and support the process
    • Gather input on better and best practices outside of the company and share learnings within
    • Organize process improvement approval (with functional leads and COO)
    • Update process documentation as needed
    • Work with our system integrator on implementing approved process improvements in CRM, CPQ and Billing system(s) like Salesforce, Zuora or Netsuite
  • Communicate the process and changes to the people that have roles in it
    • Identify training requirements and support training
    • Enforce process execution (in coordination with functional leads and COO)
    • Facilitation, resolution or escalation of cross-functional issues

Your qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or related
  • At least 2 years of experience as process consultant or similar (experience in big 4 consulting or audit firm is beneficial)
  • Strong understanding of process analysis/improvement and organizational analysis/improvement (e.g. SIPOC, RACI, root cause analysis, swim lane diagrams)
  • Solid understanding of sales and accounting processes
  • Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Customer centric thinking
  • Very good communication, analytical and presentation skills
