Your Tasks

  • Active search and direct approach of candidates in social networks using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean Search)
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build up talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Responsible for optimizing target group-oriented sourcing processes
  • Identify and attract exceptionel talents from across the world
  • Optimize our talent relationship management
  • Analysis of current market and recruiting trends
  • Work closely with our Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of our open positions

Your Qualifications

  • Broad experience working as Talent Sourcer (or similar role) with strong focus on IT positions
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean Search)
  • Strong affinity for new recruiting and sourcing trends
  • In-depth knowledge of setting up and maintaining talent pools
  • Ability to generate a high-quality talent pipeline
  • Fluency in German and English
