IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security. The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding. IDnow covers a wide range of use cases and the platform allows the identity flow to be adapted to different regional, legal and business requirements on a per use case basis. Founded in 2014, we already count a large and fast growing team of 300 colleagues from 35 different cultures. Tasks

  • Evaluating leads, getting in touch with potential clients and finally acquiring new customers
  • Responsible for delivering presentations and pitches to potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets and enhance go-to-market sales strategies 
  • Calculation, creation and negotiation of quotations and contracts in consideration of regulations and economic aspects 
  • Monitoring of our sales productivity with the help of the CRM system
  • Representing IDnow`s interest on conferences, fairs, networking events
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder to improve the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or related field
  • Work experience in start ups, IT companies or (recruitment) agencies is favoured
  • Familiar with handling CRM tools
  • Proven track of managing framework negotiations 
  • Fluent language skills in English; German is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to effectively negotiate on equal terms with all levels of management
  • Strong customer and solution orientation
  • Passion for sales, data, analytics, numbers and measurement
  • Openness to adapt in a fast-changing environment and passion to push forward IDnow's services and products 
  • Willingness to travel
