IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security. The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding. IDnow covers a wide range of use cases and the platform allows the identity flow to be adapted to different regional, legal and business requirements on a per use case basis.   • Invoicing and accounts receivable management
  • Dealing with customers` billing queries and resolving them promptly
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts and preparing reports
  • Proactively target and collect debtors’ balances ensuring that cash collections are maximized
  • Maintain reconciliation of key accounts including banks, revenue repayments, and accruals
  • Analytical support in testing of system upgrades and automation projects
  • Assist with the year-end audit and statutory accounts process


  • Degree in business administration, finance and/or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. Bilanzbuchhalter)
  • Familiarity with billing tools, and solid knowledge of MS Office required; proficiency with DATEV is considered a plus
  • Fluent language skills in German and English (written and oral)
  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment and constant change that comes with working in a start-up
  • Several years related work experience combined with a strong customer service orientation
  • Proactive work manner, eye for process improvement, and comfortable working with numbers
