  • Manage existing (international) clients and intensify customer relationships
  • Analyze relevant customer KPIs (e.g. SLAs, conversion rate, latencies) in order to increase our success rate
  • Identify additional business opportunities as well as develop and implement strategic cross- and upselling processes
  • Calculation, creation and negotiation of contracts
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure trustful client relationships and constantly improve processes and KPIs
  • Represent IDnow`s value proposition at customer meetings, international conferences, industry and networking events
  • Incorporate the customer within IDnow and towards different departments
  • Support the customer to win deals with new clients as well as maintain relationships with their existing ones


  • Completed university studies in business administration, computer science, economics or engineering
  • Longstanding professional experience as Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similiar
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our international customers
  • Distinct customer- and solution orientation as well as pleasure in dealing with people
  • Strong ability to work with and across teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, other languages welcome
  • Technical and analytical comprehension
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Willingness to travel
