IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security. The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding. IDnow covers a wide range of use cases and the platform allows the identity flow to be adapted to different regional, legal and business requirements on a per use case basis. Founded in 2014, we already count a large and fast growing team of 300 colleagues from 35 different cultures. The portfolio of over 250 customers includes leading international companies such as Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, N26, Telefónica Deutschland and Wirecard.

Tasks

  • Work closely with Sales on projects and develop great working relationships with our prospects and clients
  • Consult the client during the Proof of Concept process to show viable product capability
  • Supporting customers to integrate with our solution. We have a diverse set of customers from large enterprises to fast growing Fintechs which provide interesting technical challenges every day
  • Engage with customers in technical discussions regarding our APIs and processes and gather their use cases and requirements
  • Learn about a wide range of topics from mobile to frontend to backend development (full stack)
  • Resolve any issues together with our R&D team while being in close contact with our customers
  • On site visits to assist with implementation and where necessary integrations and liaisons between teams based at IDnow on product capability (Dev, QA)
  • Gather requirements to further improve our platform or for developing new features
  • Work closely with various teams to develop technical solutions

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the UK Identity Verification industry
  • Previous experience in the Identity Verification industry
  • Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. http(s), REST, websockets, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Competency with common coding languages such as Java, .NET, C++, or PHP
  • Passion for engaging with customers to solve their problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working in an agile environment using SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience with issue tracking and product development tools like JIRA or Trac
  • Basic knowledge of version control software like Git would be nice
  • Programming skills in Java or a similar language would be beneficial
  • Working with remote teams
