IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security. The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding. Adoption of VideoIdent product leads to a significant increase in the conversion rate compared to traditional offline methods. It combines AI-based technology with the expertise of highly qualified Ident specialists.


  • Responsibility for modelling data based on existing issues related to all IDnow products
  • Identify patterns and connect different pieces of information to deliver unobvious insights by drawing information from diverse and varied sources
  • Develop models and product recommendations based on all product telemetry data that have a positive impact on various customer KPIs like conversion rates, automation rates, reduction in cancellation rates
  • Independently develop ideas on how to create added value by using existing or new data sources
  • Support the teams from the mentioned areas in the statistical validation of the test results
  • Define strategies, hypotheses and experiments together with their potential impact on clearly defined growth objectives
  • Define product KPIs, analyze, monitor and make them accessible in self-service dashboards and reports to make performance and optimizations visible throughout the company
  • Communicate and interact regularly with various stakeholders 
  • Conduct pricing sensitivity analysis
  • Represent IDnow in different data science communities


  • Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in data science / data analysis
  • You have advanced knowledge and practical experience of statistical methods (algorithms, data mining)
  • You know Python and even SQL databases are not foreign to you
  • Ideally you have experience in dealing with analytical platforms
  • You have worked with tools like Tableau, Google Analytics
  • You have a quantitative, analytical mindset with strong business intuition. You derive maximum impact business recommendations based on data-driven analysis
  • You take the initiative and are willing to act based on data
  • Fluent English skills
