IDnow provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security. The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All IDnow products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding. IDnow covers a wide range of use cases and the platform allows the identity flow to be adapted to different regional, legal and business requirements on a per use case basis. Tasks

  • Be the first contact of our Business Customers (B2B) for all technical & process related questions on our product
  • Route all topics you cannot answer to the responsible department in IDnow
  • Monitor statistics of customer requests and take appropriate action
  • Drive the professionalization of our customer service experience by improving tools, methodology, processes and communication
  • Help us to continuously improve our products and services based on customer feedback and tickets

Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship or university degree in IT related field or IT knowledge gained from professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of IT topics like RESTful APIs, Webhooks, http/https, VPN, sFTP
  • Experience with issue tracking and product development tools like JIRA or Trac
  • Distinct customer- and solution orientation
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Advantage: ITIL Foundations and/or at least basic understanding of IT service management experience
