As Global Sales Operations, Analytics & Salesforce Manager (m/f/d) you play a critical and strategic role within our strongly expanding global sales team. By leveraging data, insight and technology, you help drive strategy, performance and execution excellence with the Sales team. You are someone who can pro-actively collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across the countries and HQ, assess & optimise the sales team's performance, introduce/evolve technology (Salesforce, …) and manage your own projects. You will be based in our HQ in Munich and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.

Tasks

Strategy, Structure & Processes

  • Support the establishment of sales strategies based on data analysis and forecasts
  • Build and optimize the sales process that improves conversions, shortens sales cycles, and maximizes sales wins
  • Work with the CSO in defining, structuring and implementing motivational commission plans and bonus schemes

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop standard recurring reports and consolidate in a Sales dashboard, while provide adhoc sales and performance reporting accordingly
  • Measure and evaluate sales data for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, sales performance management and bonus/commission plan payments
  • Translate data insights into actions to drive decision-making and support the Sales teams & Sales Management

Tools

  • Key focus area regarding tools will be the management and optimization of Salesforce, as THE source of information and “Sales truth”

Communication & Cooperation

  • Drive information sharing and good communication throughout the global sales team
  • Communicate Sales performance and key KPIs effectively

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Operations Management (SaaS/B2B/High-tech companies preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of B2B/SaaS (software) sales processes
  • Profound Salesforce experience
  • Data driven, analytical, strong in sales processes and project management
  • Enjoy cross-functional collaboration and working in a high-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Passionate about numbers, quality control and efficiency
  • Business fluent in English, German, other languages are welcome
